As a Market Launch & Growth Operations Manager, you will be combining business acumen with operational know-how to open new destinations, relaunch underperforming ones, and introduce new product lines (such as premium ride services). You’ll design the activation plan, ensure readiness across capacity, compliance, pricing, and support, and lead the first 90 days of monitoring before handing over to our operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end launch plan for new destinations, relaunches, and new service lines.
  • Ensure operational readiness across configurations, pricing, driver supply, and support flows.
  • Partner with Driver Supply and Capacity Planning to secure sufficient driver pipelines before go-live.
  • Validate the business case for each launch and align execution with commercial and unit economics goals.
  • Work with Legal and Quality to meet compliance and licensing requirements ahead of launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Pricing, Product, Support, and Destination Operations to ensure seamless go-live.
  • Monitor launch KPIs in the first 90 days (time-to-stabilisation, fulfillment, Great Rides %, cost efficiency) and address risks quickly.
  • Handover stable markets/services to operations teams with documentation and performance baselines.
  • Build and evolve scalable playbooks to make launches faster, repeatable, and lower-risk.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, expansion, or business consulting, ideally in a marketplace, mobility, or travel company.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to evaluate commercial viability and unit economics.
  • Proven experience running cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong operational execution skills: checklists, processes, playbooks, and structured handovers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
