As a Head of Driver Supply, you will be leading our global driver supply strategy. You will own the end-to-end function - from recruitment and onboarding of independent drivers to managing fleet/dispatcher partnerships to ensuring supply quality and compliance across all markets. This is a senior leadership role with high visibility, shaping the scalability and reliability of our global operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global supply strategy, balancing growth, quality, and cost.
- Build and lead teams for driver recruitment, onboarding, supply quality, and service partner management.
- Ensure recruitment pipelines deliver sufficient, high-quality driver supply in line with demand forecasts.
- Oversee service partner agreements with fleets/dispatchers, ensuring reliable capacity and sustainable economics.
- Work with Quality and Legal to uphold compliance, licensing, and operational standards.
- Partner with Pricing and Finance to align driver/partner economics with market competitiveness and margin goals.
- Collaborate with Operations, Destination Success, and Expansion teams to address local supply gaps and market peculiarities.
- Provide leadership with transparent reporting on supply performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Continuously refine org design, processes, and tooling to scale the supply function efficiently.

- Service partners contribute effectively to peaks, surges, and expansion markets.
- Supply quality and compliance standards are consistently maintained.
- Supply economics are competitive and aligned with growth and profitability goals.
- The Supply team is structured, high-performing, and scaling in line with global expansion.
- 8+ years of experience in supply, operations, marketplace, or mobility companies, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience leading recruitment, vendor/partner management, or supply chain functions at scale.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable working with KPIs, forecasts, and economics.
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with legal/compliance frameworks in regulated markets is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
