As a Destination Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the holistic success of all driver operations within assigned destinations, covering driver engagement, retention, community interaction, city-specific growth, differentiation, and signalling initiatives. The Destination Success Executive is a hands-on role, focused on community-building, growth, and differentiation initiatives by ensuring operational balance, enhancing destination performance through data-driven strategies, structured communication and targeted engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Local Market Intelligence

  • Gather local market insights on driver behavior, legal requirements, and local trends.
  • Track pricing and service models to refine strategy.
  • Share market-specific insights with cross-functional teams.

Driver Retention & Performance

  • Run retention programs to keep drivers engaged and high-performing.
  • Analyze churn and refine incentive strategies based on impact.
  • Maintain driver feedback loops and follow through on actions.

Driver Engagement & Community

  • Build a strong driver community through events, forums, and updates.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between drivers and ops teams.
  • Track sentiment and escalate key issues when needed.

City Growth & Optimization

  • Support destination growth with efficient, scalable strategies.
  • Align with Acquisition and Live Ops to balance supply and demand.
  • Identify local opportunities to enhance service offerings.

Differentiation & Value

  • Monitor competitors and ensure our driver experience stands out.
  • Promote new Product features and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Identify driver-exclusive perks, rewards and benefits that build driver engagement.

Operational Signaling

  • Ensure drivers receive timely, accurate operational updates.
  • Collaborate with BI to build real-time performance dashboards.
  • 3-5 years of experience in driver operations, retention management, engagement strategy, or a similar role within mobility/logistics. Experience in the Turkish Market will be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for operational tracking.
  • Proficiency in incentive structuring, driver communications, and engagement monitoring.
  • Fluent in English & Turkish; additional languages will be considered a plus.
