As an Finance Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's leadership team by ensuring meticulous execution of accounting procedures, meticulous documentation of controls, and precise management of accounting, tax, and cash allocations. Your expertise contributes to the seamless operation of our business, allowing us to function seamlessly. In addition, you're responsible for delivering accurate and insightful reporting to the Leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Accounting Oversight: Manage a range of accounting functions, including invoicing, cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Financial Statements production :Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements ensuring business compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accounts Reconciliation :Prepare account reconciliation reports to secure accuracy of the month-end closing procedure
- Transaction Tracking: Review, and monitor daily transactions, ensuring that financial records are up-to-date and accurately reflect the company's financial activities.
- Invoice and Cost Management: Review the process of invoices registration including the cost allocation, providing a solid foundation for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
- Month-End Procedures: Contribute to the monthly closing process, meticulously ensuring all month-end tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Pay close attention to reporting and operating expense accruals.
- Expense Review: Thoroughly review daily expenses, adhering to internal procedures to validate accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Operational Payments: Execute daily operational payments, demonstrating precision in financial transactions and safeguarding the company's financial integrity.
