About the Role
As a Pricing Analyst you will play a crucial role in analysing, optimising, and bringing to life the company's pricing approach. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven pricing strategies that enhance revenue, improve market competitiveness, and support the company’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing strategies that maximize marketplace value by optimizing traveler conversion rates, B2B competitiveness, and driver payouts while maintaining balanced margins.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace signals & seasonality, such as growth curves, driver acceptance rates, satisfaction scores, and capacity, to ensure pricing aligns with both demand and supply needs.
- Collaborate across teams (commercial, operations, finance, and product) to develop data-driven pricing tactics that balance traveler affordability and driver engagement.
- Execute pricing adjustments directly in Welcome Pickups systems, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, enhance pricing structures, and improve marketplace performance for both travelers and drivers.
- Measure and evaluate pricing impact using key metrics like traveler conversion rates, driver acceptance rates, and profitability to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
