As a Junior CRM Specialist focusing on the Braze platform, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our customer relationship management efforts. Your work will help enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and deliver personalized marketing campaigns that align with our growth objectives. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing automated and multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of CRM activities, primarily through the Braze platform.
- Execute and optimise automated multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.) to increase customer retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Sightseeing Rides) to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and customer journeys.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and other data points to deliver personalized and targeted messaging
- Experience in customer data analysis, including RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis, and a strong interest in applying data-driven insights to enhance our CRM strategies.
- Work closely with the CRM Manager to build and implement personalized customer lifecycle strategies.
- Use Braze’s advanced features (Liquid, Canvas, etc.) to create dynamic and adaptive content for CRM campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future performance.
- Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization to enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure the CRM platform and campaigns adhere to data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.).
- Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices, recommending new strategies or tools that can improve our CRM efforts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database, ensuring customer data is clean and up to date.
- Assist in the configuration and integration of Talon.One for personalized promotions and rewards management.
