Your Responsibilities
- Support our support team in daily business (first-level support) and assist with customer service via phone
- Maintain and manage customer master data and contractual documents in our CRM system
- Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries and ensure smooth communication
- After onboarding, assist in preparing and conducting product training sessions
- Help create marketing materials, reports, and presentations for management
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences (ideally in business, real estate, communications, or IT)
- Initial practical experience in customer service or in a SaaS/real estate environment is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to stay calm in dynamic situations
- Technical affinity and confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Advantageous: First experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce)
- Excellent German and good English skills
