As Whizz continues its expansion, we are augmenting our Remote Sales & Support team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude for sales and customer support.

- Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads
- Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements
- Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients
- Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction
- C2 level fluency in English, as daily communication with native speakers is a core component of this role
- A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to adhere to the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time)
- Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
