As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team and support our growth.

As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team and support our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate customer disputes to assess validity and determine appropriate action
- Gather relevant information and prepare clear, professional responses to resolve issues
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and gather additional context when needed
- Escalate complex cases to management or legal and assist in strategy development
- Maintain accurate records of all dispute activities and outcomes
- Help develop preventative measures and work with clients to reverse disputes through effective communication
- 1+ year experience in dispute resolution or a related field
- Experience handling disputes in Stripe
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
- Full-time position
- Probation period: 2 months
- Monday to Friday, during daytime hours (EST)
