We offer flexible vehicle ownership and financing options to make e-mobility accessible and empower our customers to succeed. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team and support our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate customer disputes to assess validity and determine appropriate action
  • Gather relevant information and prepare clear, professional responses to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and gather additional context when needed
  • Escalate complex cases to management or legal and assist in strategy development
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispute activities and outcomes
  • Help develop preventative measures and work with clients to reverse disputes through effective communication


Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in dispute resolution or a related field
  • Experience handling disputes in Stripe
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
