What You'll Do:
Assemble and disassemble e-bikes with precision and attention to detail
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on e-bikes
Perform routine maintenance on e-bikes to ensure optimal performance
Assist customers with bike selection and provide product recommendations
Maintain an organized and clean workshop area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with a focus on e-bikes
Knowledge of e-bike components and systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Union membership is a plus
