Position: CSR Specialist/Receptionist Supervisor

Location: Philadelphia, PA (On-site)

WHIZZ is a leading provider of innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CSR Specialist/Receptionist to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA store. As a CSR Specialist/Receptionist at WHIZZ, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk staff to ensure that all visitors are welcomed and greeted in a professional and friendly manner
  • Welcome and Greet Visitors: Personally welcome and greet visitors while ensuring the team maintains a high standard of hospitality
  • Answer and Direct Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, and train front desk staff on proper phone etiquette
  • Manage Front Desk Area: Ensure that the front desk area is well-maintained, neat, and organized, while supervising staff to maintain these standards
  • Assist Customers with Inquiries: Provide prompt and accurate information to customers and guide the front desk team in handling inquiries effectively
  • Handle Mail, Packages, and Deliveries: Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring that all items are processed efficiently
  • Schedule and Coordinate Appointments: Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings, delegating tasks to front desk staff as needed
  • Support Other Departments: Provide administrative support to other departments and supervise the allocation of tasks to ensure timely completion


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Philadelphia, PA
