As a WHIZZ Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and goods to our customers in the NYC boroughs.
What You'll Do
START LOCATION: NJ WH 07304 to all the NYC boroughs.
Deliver packages and goods to customers in the NYC boroughs using your own vehicle.
Occasionally drive to other locations, such as Philadelphia or Washington D.C., and potentially to Chicago in the future.
Adhere to delivery schedules and complete deliveries within the allotted time frame.
Ensure the safety and security of packages and goods during transportation.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Own a reliable and well-maintained vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
Knowledge of the NYC boroughs and ability to navigate efficiently.
Ability to lift and carry heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as required.
Prior experience in delivery or logistics is a must 5+ years.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
