Position: CSR Specialist/Receptionist

Location: NJ (On-site)

WHIZZ is a leading provider of innovative transportation solutions for delivery riders. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CSR Specialist/Receptionist to join our team in our NJ store. As a CSR Specialist/Receptionist at WHIZZ, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized appearance

Assist customers with inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organization and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Professional and courteous demeanor

Availability to work full-time on-site in Union store Saturdays and Sundays
