We're looking for Customer Service with further career development to Collections Agent.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain accurate delinquent accounts information and records
• Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress
• Adhere to all state and federal collection laws and regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment of debts
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections
• Language: English (fluent) and Russian
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers, resolve conflicts and negotiate payment plans
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of state and federal collections laws and regulations (preferred)
  
  
  

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday, (2 days off on weekdays) 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
