The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help shape how data drives product and business decisions across the company, while driving our AI-first vision. You won't just be reporting on the past; you will be the architect of our future data flows.You will play a key part in bridging our entities, building and scaling our product analytics foundation, and turning complex data into actionable insights that guide product strategy, growth, and operational decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with sharp business intuition, and enjoys working closely with product managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate data into meaningful impact.
What will you be doing:
- Lead the design and development of the product analytics infrastructure across the company
- Define and maintain core product and business metrics, including defining and evolving the company’s north star metrics
- Design and maintain AI-first data workflows that enable faster insight generation and scalable analysis
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business performance to uncover insights and opportunities
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to support experimentation, feature analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Establish best practices for data instrumentation, tracking, and analytics governance
- Lead analytically driven initiatives across teams, influencing decisions and driving impact without direct management authority
- Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, helping drive data-informed product and business decisions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve product performance, user engagement, and business outcomes
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong business sense and ability to translate data into product and strategic insights
- Proven experience building and maintaining product analytics structures, datasets, and metrics frameworks
- Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with product and business data
- Experience working closely with product teams and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive actionable insights from data
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and product performance analysis
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, BI tools)
- Experience designing event tracking or product instrumentation frameworks
- Experience in high-growth startups or product-driven companies
