  • Coaching & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and talent development.
  • Drive Performance Management: Facilitate performance review cycles, providing hands-on guidance on goal-setting, constructive feedback, and growth plans.
  • Champion Culture: Collaborate with the global HR team to execute cross-company initiatives that foster engagement and excellence.
  • Talent Growth: Support internal programs to help us retain and develop our top talent.

Data & Insights: Utilize HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving team health and retention.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Global Mindset: Experience working in a global organization and the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones and cultures.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence managers at various levels.
  • Agility: A "can-do" approach with the ability to move between high-level people tasks and day-to-day HR operations.

Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
