SeatOS is on a mission to transform and digitize the ground & sea transportation industry. Part of Travelier Group, we’re scaling fast across Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and more. Our platform powers millions of trips annually and processes tens of millions in GMV — and we’re only just getting started.
The Role
We’re building the infrastructure layer for ground & sea transportation in APAC — connecting operators, OTAs, GDSs, travel agencies, and government bodies into a unified ecosystem. Your job: make that ecosystem real.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial partnerships, integrations, and cross-functional project delivery. You’ll own the relationships, run the integrations, and push projects over the line. You’ll help make SeatOS the default distribution and digital transformation platform for the region.
This is a role for someone who wants high ownership, outsized impact, and minimal hand-holding. We’ll define the strategy together — you’ll drive it end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
Ecosystem Partnerships
- Drive integrations with regional OTAs to expand operator distribution.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with global GDS providers.
- Develop the travel agency network from the ground up and shape SeatOS Connect, our new channel product.
- You own the full lifecycle — from first conversation to integration go-live to bookings flowing.
Government & Public Sector
- Build credible relationships with senior government stakeholders.
- Lead the pitching, bidding, and negotiation of pier/terminal digitisation and broader transport digital transformation projects.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments (authorities, operators, internal teams) with confidence and urgency.
Project Delivery
- Own delivery of key integrations and ecosystem projects end-to-end.
- Work directly with Product & Engineering, Ops, and Commercial to get initiatives over the line.
- Track timelines, risks, and dependencies — unblock quickly, escalate rarely.
Commercial Strategy
- Identify opportunities to extend the SeatOS ecosystem across APAC and emerging markets.
- Build business cases to prioritise integrations, partnerships, and government engagements.
- Stay on top of market dynamics and competitor moves; provide actionable intelligence.
Industry Representation
- Represent SeatOS at key industry events, conferences, and working groups.
- Support in-house marketing and thought leadership with the Commercial team where needed.
- Own your monthly travel schedule (mostly within SEA).
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, enterprise business development, ecosystem development, or strategic projects is a must. Experience doing so in Travel-Tech/Tourism is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders (public + private). Experience working with government agencies and local authorities is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving mindset; comfortable being hands-on with data, tools, and customer escalations. Not just a “closer” — you know how to run delivery and keep engineers, PMs, and commercial teams aligned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English a must, Thai or other SEA languages a plus). You’ve got to be a strong presenter for this role.
