What You’ll Own as a Backend Developer:

• Build high-scale, data-driven web applications powering millions of users monthly.
• Work across a modern stack — Node.js on the backend, React on the frontend.
• Own the full lifecycle: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver features that matter.
• Mentor peers and set engineering standards through reviews and technical leadership.
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.

Your Skills:

• 4+ years of Fullstack development experience with a strong backend orientation.
• Proven experience building microservices and distributed systems.
• Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Comfortable working in Agile, product-oriented teams.
• Experience in B2C or global-scale platforms — a big advantage.
