We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to support our operations. This role involves reviewing, verifying, and accurately entering data while closely collaborating with Supply Managers and Operations teams. You will need a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to ensure accurate and timely updates and entries on our platform. Your role includes efficiently addressing data entry challenges and consistently meeting deadlines, adhering to best practices and company standards to help achieve business objectives across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with supply owners and stakeholders to thoroughly understand product specifics.
  • Conduct rigorous data reviews and accuracy verification across platforms including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Pipedrive, Slack, and the Bookaway administrative system.
  • Consolidate, structure, and manage data to create precise and reliable product entries, maintaining accuracy and relevance within Bookaway’s systems.
  • Execute and maintain API data mapping tasks accurately to support integration across systems.
  • Effectively manage workload, prioritizing tasks to consistently meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Support data management activities related to acquisitions, onboarding processes, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Adhere rigorously to company policies, procedures, and best practices with awareness of regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to shifting priorities and business requirements in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, Google Maps, and CRM/workflow platforms such as Pipedrive, Monday, or similar tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with precise attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively interpret and follow instructions from teams.
  • Availability to work consistent hours aligned with operational needs (35 hours/week).

Preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with API integrations and data mapping practices.
