We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. This person will be the focal point for IT support in our Thailand office and will also support and maintain IT services across all Travelier brands. The role reports directly to the IT Manager.
The IT Support Specialist will provide on-site and remote IT support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain the local IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing devices and accounts, supporting office technology, and collaborating closely with the IT Manager and global teams to deliver secure and reliable IT services.
What will you do:
- Act as the primary IT contact for employees in the Thailand office.
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Manage office equipment, including laptops, peripherals, and meeting room systems.
- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, user accounts, and access rights).
- Ensure IT and security policies are applied consistently across brands.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager on projects, escalations, and system improvements.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Admin Console).
- Familiarity with device management platforms (e.g.,JumpCloud, Intune, Hexnode, or similar).
- Basic to intermediate networking skills (Wi-Fi troubleshooting, VPN, switches, firewalls).
- Experience managing SaaS applications and user accounts with SSO/identity platforms.
- Awareness of IT security principles and best practices.
