Organic Growth Manager

Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Organic Growth Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our organic traffic across all channels. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who knows how to lead change and make an impact. The candidate must have highly analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving skills, master new technologies, be attentive to detail, and be tech savvy (geek) to some extent. Prior SEO experience, especially in international consumer markets, is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Build & Lead organic growth Strategy: Ideate and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Organic growth strategy in all its aspects (technical SEO, content, off-page, on-page, etc.) aimed at maximizing relevant organic traffic.
  • Drive organic traffic growth and improve visibility across search engines.
  • Own the definition, prioritization, and scope of organic initiatives, collaborating with product, technology, content, and brand teams.
  • Provide actionable organic insights and recommendations through on-page audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes with SEO and major search engines, adapting strategies as necessary. (Specifically in the AI field and the “new world” trends).
  • Manage, mentor, and develop SEO specialist.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SEO strategy and execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and data analysis, proven ability to leverage data to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SEMrush) for web and competitive analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO tools, trends, and best practices, including key ranking factors and recent algorithm updates.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working with Product & R&D teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling additional Organic growth initiatives such as influencers, Organic social, community building etc.
  • Experience working in Global B2C / Travel Market - Big advantage
