Description

SeatOS is on a mission to transform and digitize the land & sea travel industry, making all routes instantly bookable by anyone. Part of the leading land & sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC.

We are hiring for a hybrid Office Manager & HR Admin to come join our team as we scale. This role will report into the Head of HR and will be full time based out of our Bangkok office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Be the point of contact for any HR or office related inquiries from other members of the team helping to resolve issues, provide guidance, or clarify their questions.
  • Manage the onboarding & offboarding process of local employees in Thailand ensuring a productive schedule, equipment ordering, and software access with the IT team.
  • Coordination of payroll and expense processes in collaboration with external vendors to ensure the process runs smoothly.
  • Assist in the scheduling and preparation of company events such as all-hands, team building events, and special occasions.
  • Provide administrative support as required including support in travel schedules, scheduling meetings in coordination with customers, and paperwork filing.
  • Handle confidential information and documentation as required by the role.
  • Day-to-day support and management of the office including working with the office provider, budgets, equipment, and otherwise.
  • Assist in the Billing & Payments process of SeatOS customers helping in distributing invoices, following up on payments.
  • Whilst we are part of a bigger group, SeatOS is still a small start-up, and we expect everyone to chip in as required.

Requirements

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Thai & English.
  • Experience working in start-ups and in handling the responsibilities listed above.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask on a number of different tasks at the same time whilst ensuring commitments are met.
