Bookaway is an online transportation booking platform connecting travelers with tickets to the world's best destinations. In the role of Supply Manager, you will be responsible for end to end business development for your respective markets:

Key responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the performance of all destinations under your assigned markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing transportation partners. Ensure that supply performance metrics such as availability, rate, conversion, and conditions are competitive to accelerate portfolio growth and profitability.
• Drives markets expansion by acquiring new partners as well as diversifying our supply offerings to meet the customer demands.
• Managing end-to-end supply chain processes including lead generation, sales negotiations, onboarding, marketing, and day-to-day account maintenance, coordinating with support, finance, and product teams to optimize supply quality.
• Ensure your individual KPIs and team goals are met.
• Provide market intelligence that identifies opportunities, trends, and competitors.

• Min 3 years experience in a business development role, preferably in e-commerce & OTAs supply.
• Strong commercial sense with the ability to analyze data in business decisions.
• Ability to work independently and to prioritize work based on strategic importance and business impact.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
