Your team & impact

Join us on our journey as a Junior IT Security Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide.

You will work in one of the most important teams that controls all internal IT security. The team has an annual IT workation and offers opportunities to grow in various areas of IT, including security, operations, automation, and infrastructure.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Junior IT Security Engineer:

  • IT related – issues(including security) with computers, network, SAAS tools, offices equipment, infrastructure and so on
  • IT asset management
  • You will be responsible for IT procurement (hardware and software licenses)
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge for Macbooks, windows laptops/desktops, printers and network equipment;
  • Helpdesk related requests and issues
  • You will do daily security monitoring.

You’ll report to our CISO/Director of IT operations

Here’s what we’d love from our new Junior IT Security Engineer:

We don’t expect you to meet every single requirement listed. What matters most is your motivation, mindset, and ability to learn. If you’re excited about this role and think you could be a great fit, we’d really like to hear from you.

  • Basic understanding about IT Security best practices
  • IT asset management
  • IT procurement (hardware and software licenses)
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge for Macbooks, windows laptops/desktops, printers and network equipment;
  • Basic understanding and working principles of cloud-nattive environments (e.g. AWS, azure)
  • Basic understanding of working processes with helpdesk related requests and issues
  • Basic understanding about Network
  • Basic understanding about Gsuite and O365
  • Being able to work from office in Vilnius or Kaunas for 3-4 days
  • Be on-call for 1-2 weeks per month
  • Fluent English language skills

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Scripting
  • Understanding applications infrastructure, MDM solutions (our is JumpCloud), Cloud SIEM (DataDog)
  • Willing to work with people and will to help them
  • Self-learner
  • Able to work under pressure, patience.
