The Reconciliation Team plays a critical role in shaping the way we ensure accuracy and control of our payments, and to make sure we’re doing that in the best way possible, we’re now looking for a talented Junior Reconciliation Analyst to work in our team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Junior Reconciliation Analyst:

• Perform incoming and outgoing payment control to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Ensure that incoming and outgoing payment data is correct, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Ensure balances are posted correctly and reconcile internal and external records
• Report any losses, irregularities, or variances identified during reconciliation preparation
• Contribute to accounting reports and financial statements
• Support the Month-End and Year-End close processes as required

You’ll report to our Reconciliation Manager.

Here’s what we’d love from our new Junior Reconciliation Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent and effective oral and written communication skills in English

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

• Experience in a similar role involving bank account reconciliation and data management
• Experience with financial systems and reconciliation tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
