Position Overview
Our Revenue Operations team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join us. In this role, you will support the customization, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and contributes to our organization's success. Administration
Manage and maintain Salesforce platform configurations, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
Implement and maintain automation tools like workflows, process builders, and flows.
Perform data imports, exports, and data quality management.
Monitor system health, performance, and security.
Support
Provide day-to-day support to users, addressing issues and training team members as needed.
Create and update documentation for automations and processes
Flow error management: tracking and resolving flow issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices.
Development - Not Required, but highly desirable
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
Debug and troubleshoot system errors and inefficiencies.
Assist in the development and deployment of solutions that improve user productivity and experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent English speaker
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Exposure to or interest in Salesforce CPQ
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Asana is a plus
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I).
