We’re looking for a Technical Video Content Creator who can turn complex technical topics into sharp, high-impact YouTube videos. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, storytelling, and brand building. You will own the video content pipeline end-to-end and help define our public technical voice from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Create technical video content for YouTube, from concept to publish
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate videos
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and founders to source topics
• Write scripts, outlines, and talking points with strong narrative structure
• Record voiceovers and/or on-camera segments (depending on format)
• Edit videos with a strong focus on pacing, clarity, and retention
• Design or source basic motion graphics, diagrams, and visual aids
• Optimize videos for YouTube (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters)
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve content based on data
• Establish and evolve a consistent technical video style and cadence

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating video content for YouTube
• Strong technical background (software, data, AI, DevOps, or similar) - Preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly without dumbing them down
• Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar)
• Comfortable with scripting, narration, and structured storytelling
