Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at testRigor. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities to build a skilled and diverse team. Communication skills will be essential in coordinating with hiring managers and candidates efficiently.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination
• Experience in end-to-end recruiting processes
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates effectively
• Knowledge of software development and QA roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Compensation

$2,000/month + Commission
