We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our Sales Team based in Bucharest. The Senior Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your advanced sales expertise and strategic thinking to exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.


Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

    • Present, promote, and sell products (used cars) and services (operational leasing) by using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
    • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    • Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends
  • 5+ years Mandatory proven work experience as a Sales Representative in automotive (preferably used-cars)
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practice
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
