We are currently looking for an Loan Administrator to join our Sales Team in Athens.

As a Loan Administrator you will be responsible for assisting our customers to acquire financing for their car purchase by working closely with financial lenders. You will also be responsible for obtaining loan documents and collecting client information.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Offer car financing options to our customers
  • Build positive working relationships with the respective third parties (banks) to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
  • Support the Sales team during purchases and leverage opportunities to offer financial products
  • Structure deals in accordance with lender and company guidelines
  • Process financing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources
  • Resolve potential issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Proactively respond to daily client correspondence in an efficient and accurate manner
