We are looking for a Product Manager that is passionate about building products that serve Spotawheel's highest customer satisfaction standards and enjoy being in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out exquisite products. Excellent organizational and time management dexterity, exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration ability as well as a mentality of ownership and accountability are considered essential skills for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Analyze customer/user needs, internal or external, so as to design high quality products that create extraordinary value
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define the strategy and the direction for your product and keeping them up to date throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Prioritize features based on user impact, required effort, risk etc. and ensure that there is a backlog of epics with agreed priorities for your development team
  • Break down your deliverables into smaller value chunks and iterate through delivery, releasing value early and often
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Define optimal solutions in close cooperation with the Technology Team
  • Monitor product development progress
  • Measure the success of your product by defining the respective KPIs
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve quality
