We are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Romanian team. As an Operations Supervisor you will you will be responsible for monitoring our organization’s operations and building/optimizing processes that meet our business needs. The Operations Supervisor will serve as a mentor to the team members and will be responsible for finding ways to optimize the activity and implement best practices across all levels.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders (third-party logistics partners, workshops etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
• Continuously evaluate the efficiency of the supply chain and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor performance of external and internal partners, finding ways to improve the overall efficiency of the business
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Lead the Operations Team members to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and business needs
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and are aligned with our quality standards
