Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sourcing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing Spotawheel’s sourcing strategy to ensure the profitability and the quality of used cars purchased. Working also in close coordination with the Group Sourcing Team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing B2B & C2B capabilities in Poland, while being the point of contact for supplier partnerships at local level.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute Spotawheel’s Sourcing Strategy
- Manage the diversified supply channels (B2B, C2B, auctions)
- Manage the Spotawheel inventory in terms of margins, stock turn and other KPIs
- Manage and further develop internal tech tools for efficient sourcing
- Cooperate with external suppliers to provide best possible performance
- Develop, manage and further develop optimal quality standards balancing customer expectations and profitability
- Lead bench-marking and analysis for competitive cost structures
- Determine quantity and timing of shipment & delivery of cars
- Monitor customer preferences and forecast upcoming levels of demand to create an all-star fleet of cars
- Ensure competitive and technical implications are well reflected in the sourcing strategy
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers and run negotiation strategies to achieve commercial agreements
- Manage and develop reporting of sourcing KPIs to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Perform supplier financial analysis and support supplier selection
