As a Receptionist at Spotawheel, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experience and creating a positive first impression for our clients. Your friendly and professional demeanor will make a significant impact on our customers' overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all visitors/ clients with a warm and friendly approach.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage the flow of emails and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional assistance and support.
