We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (SEM/PPC) to join our Team in Athens and support all Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing activities.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will support managing all paid search campaigns on Google & Bing as well as paid SoMe campaigns on Meta & Tiktok and programmatic Ads. The ideal candidate should be responsible for effectively managing the paid search budget and working closely and in alignment with the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

  • Create, develop and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search & Display), Bing Ads, Social Media Ads as well as other marketplace platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results
  • Work towards specific targets that you will be measured upon
  • Collaborate with other teams (Product, BI, Tech) on projects around bid optimization, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns while assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages to optimize quality score and A/B testing hypotheses
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point
