The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and data-driven Growth Product Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving sustainable product growth through experimentation, customer insight, and well-curated in-product conversion, retention, and expansion strategies.
You’ll work as part of an empowered cross-functional product team, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data teams to identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
This is not a feature factory role. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Own

You will own and influence key growth metrics across the customer lifecycle, including:

  • Activation and onboarding success
  • Conversion (free-to-paid and trial-to-paid)
  • Engagement and retention
  • Expansion and monetization
  • Product-led growth initiativesYou’ll define growth hypotheses, run experiments, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize the user experience to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Product Growth

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and expansion across Qase products.
  • Identify growth opportunities through user behavior analysis, customer research, and market insights.
  • Contribute growth-focused initiatives to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Lead Experimentation

  • Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize onboarding flows, product experiences, pricing, and conversion funnels.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration within the product organization.
  • Measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on data.

Analyze Data and Customer Insights

  • Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, market trends, and product usage data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, retention, activation rates, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
  • Partner with platform and data teams to improve experimentation infrastructure, analytics, and self-service growth tooling.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on acquisition campaigns, messaging, onboarding, and expansion opportunities.

Customer and Market Research

  • Gather and leverage customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify potential growth areas.
  • Improve onboarding and time-to-value experiences to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, or a similar growth-focused role within SaaS.
  • Proven success driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable product decisions.
  • Strong practical knowledge of AI tools, workflows, and concepts, including experience leveraging AI-assisted product development, analytics, automation, experimentation, or productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, AI agents, LLM-powered workflows). Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve customer experience, product capabilities, or internal team efficiency.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests, growth experiments, and optimization initiatives.
  • High effectiveness in leading cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies, insights, and outcomes.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, or QA/testing platforms.
  • Previous experience in growth hacking, PLG (Product-Led Growth), or experimentation-focused product roles.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL, experimentation platforms, and modern product analytics tooling.
  • Experience refining onboarding flows, product experiences, and monetization strategies through experimentation.
  • Interest or experience in AI-powered products and automation technologies.
