Qase is a fast-growing, AI-driven, SaaS platform used by thousands of engineering and QA teams worldwide. We are scaling quickly and building a best-in-class organization grounded in data, automation, and operational rigor.
We are hiring a Strategic Finance & Data Analytics Manager to serve as the analytical engine powering our revenue performance, product insights, and company-wide strategic decisions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who blends technical skill (SQL/BI), GTM fluency, and strategic finance thinking.
Working Hours: Partial overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
Role Overview
Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role sits at the intersection of Strategic Finance/FP&A, Revenue Analytics, RevOps, and Product Insights. You will own analytics end-to-end - from metric standardization, data pipeline streamlining, SQL extraction and modeling to BI dashboards to executive-ready insights.
Your insights will shape pipeline generation, customer retention, expansion strategy, pricing & packaging, and product roadmap prioritization.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue analytics and insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product - delivering weekly reporting and analysis on pipeline, bookings, ARR growth, retention, and unit economics.
Build forecasting and strategic finance models for ARR growth, GTM capacity, and unit economics to support executive decision-making, planning cycles, and Board/Investor reporting.
Develop Qase’s centralized analytics platform, moving the company from fragmented spreadsheets to a warehouse-first BI environment with governed metric definitions and self-serve dashboards.
Analyze the full growth funnel - from PLG activation and pipeline conversion through expansion and churn - identifying opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, retention, and revenue growth.
Drive customer health and retention insights, using product usage, customer signals, and cohort analysis to identify churn risk early and support expansion opportunities.
What Success Looks Like
Trusted source of truth: Core GTM and financial metrics (ARR, pipeline, retention, CAC, activation) are clearly defined, consistently reported, and relied on by leadership.
Actionable insights: Leadership receives clear weekly analytics and cohort insights that drive better decisions across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Scalable analytics infrastructure: Qase transitions from fragmented spreadsheets to a centralized, governed BI platform with reliable dashboards and self-serve reporting.
Improved growth outcomes: Better pipeline visibility, forecasting, and customer health analytics help improve acquisition efficiency, expansion, and churn prevention.
