The time has come for us to take the way we approach talent intelligence to the next level. We’re excited to hire an Executive Researcher to build out our search strategies, market intelligence & talent engagement capabilities, and deliver best-in-class reporting that moves the needle on leadership hiring.

What you'll be doing:

Search Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Build tailored research strategies for each leadership search (e.g. by function, geography, competitor)
  • Identify, map, and track high-potential talent across global markets
  • Build out Preply’s talent intelligence muscle into a competitive advantage by developing insight-driven talent research, longlists, and calibration reports - combined with up-to-date market intelligence, competitor movements, and monthly newsletters - to inform Preply’s forward-looking talent strategy

Sourcing & Outreach

  • Drive outreach strategy to engage high quality candidates
  • Cultivate diverse and qualified pipelines across all leadership functions
  • Engage passive candidates and convert them into long-term strategic relationships

Strategic Talent Engagement

  • Lead strategic relationship-building with talent in critical areas (e.g. AI, Tech & Product, GTM)
  • Partner with Employer Brand to build and nurture communities in key markets

Reporting & Insight

  • Manage CRM hygiene and candidate data tracking
  • Deliver structured reports on talent pools, outreach response, and pipeline health

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in executive research, executive search, strategic sourcing (in-house or agency)
  • Strong market research and talent mapping skills
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written communication and outreach strategy skills
  • High level of business curiosity
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for talent strategy and storytelling

What could help:

  • Experience working on AI, engineering, or product leadership roles
  • Exposure to employer brand or community-building initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools like Gem, Lusha or Greenhouse CRM
