Oneday is a VC-backed EdTech company helping aspiring entrepreneurs from all corners of society launch their dream business, through expert mentorship, a deep curriculum, and a community of founders. We've raised $20M+ from leading UK and Silicon Valley VCs.

The Role

We're hiring a Graduation & Alumni Specialist to own the last stretch of a founder's program and everything after it.

The final weeks are the ones founders remember. Your job is to make them the strongest part of the program, with no one unclear on a deadline and everyone finishing on a high, then keep founders with us as alumni. You'll take our alumni track from where it is today to a paid membership founders choose to renew because it keeps helping them build. It's a revenue line, so you'll be measured on membership, renewals, and referrals as much as on how a cohort feels in its final week.

You'll sit in Founder Success, owning the finish and beyond while Onboarding and Cohort Management own the start and middle, and academic operations handles conferral. It's a hands-on individual contributor role, founder-facing and on calls most days.

What you'll do

Land the finish

  • Own the last weeks of every cohort: schedule, bookings, invitations, reminders
  • Make capstone requirements unmistakable, including what happens for anyone running behind
  • Run the graduation moment and its logistics, coordinating with academic operations on conferral and paperwork
  • Spot founders at risk of finishing late while there's still time to act
  • Fix recurring friction in the process rather than absorbing it, and document what you changed

Turn graduates into alumni

  • Design the handover from founder to alum so it reads as a beginning
  • Convert graduating founders into the alumni membership, and own that conversion rate
  • Capture outcomes as founders finish: where the business got to, who they'd refer

Run the alumni track

  • Build the paid membership: what alumni get, what it costs, why they renew
  • Find commercial opportunities nobody has looked at yet, from second products to partnerships
  • Watch where alumni lapse and propose the plays that keep them
  • Grow a real alumni community: events, introductions, referrals
  • Track membership, renewals, revenue, and referrals, and own the reporting behind them

You'll likely do well here if you

  • Are process-driven by instinct and write down the better version so it sticks
  • Think commercially: you've been measured on a revenue or retention number before
  • Have helped build or grow a membership, community, or alumni network
  • Run tight logistics without being chased, across cohorts finishing on different timelines
  • Write clearly enough that a founder reads one message and knows exactly what to do
  • Can hold a room, whether a ceremony, a panel, or a hundred-person call
  • Are comfortable with Airtable, Asana, Notion, Zendesk, and Slack, and already automate with AI tools
  • Communicate clearly in spoken and written English, with meaningful overlap with US business hours (EST)

What you'll get

  • A track of your own: the alumni membership is early, and you shape what it becomes
  • A clear mandate within Founder Success
  • Direct exposure to hundreds of founders across two accredited MBA pathways, with more products launching soon
  • A close-knit team plus a wider group of operators, entrepreneurs, and investors to learn from
  • Fully remote, with US business hours overlap required
