Description
Mize is a Fintech-travel start-up that uses high-end technology to solve some of the huge challenges of the evolving travel industry and provide real financial value to our network of clients, including more than 200 international clients generating $16 Billion in sales annually. Our headquarters are in Tel Aviv, and we have offices in Argentina, Spain, UK, US, and India.
As an IT Administrator at Mize, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our global IT environment. You will manage our cloud identity and collaboration platforms, including Google Workspace (GWS) and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as endpoints and cloud security solutions, while supporting end users across the organization. Acting as a key enabler of day-to-day operations, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset—driving system performance, safeguarding company assets, and delivering seamless support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Cloud & Identity Management
- Administer and maintain Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and access controls
- Configure and enforce security policies, MFA, and conditional access
IT Infrastructure & Systems
- Oversee ongoing maintenance and optimization of IT systems and services
- Implement and manage IT management tools
- Manage firewalls, internet connectivity, and network performance
- Monitor system health and proactively address issues
Endpoint & Security Management
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint protection tools (e.g., CrowdStrike)
- Administer IT management platforms (e.g., ManageEngine)
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Device Management
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations
- Handle imaging, software deployment, and updates
- Track and manage IT asset inventory
User Support
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and internet infrastructure
Experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike)
Familiarity with IT management tools
Experience with laptop setup and lifecycle management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
