About the Role:
Mize is looking for an experienced Product & Marketing Designer who lives and breathes design and creativity. Our ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary creative individual who can transform ideas into designs that are effective. Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys diving into data and numbers and strives for a seamless user experience. As a CPMD at Mize, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity and driving engagement through innovative and impactful design. You will work closely with the product team and our founders to develop and execute design strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles and marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
- Market Trend Analysis: Identify and stay updated with trends and messaging in the travel market to inform design and marketing strategies.
- Product Launches: Develop and deliver product launches tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Content Creation: Design product content such as white papers, videos, blog posts, demos, webinars, and theater presentations that can be leveraged by the sales team.
- Brand Creative: Develop and maintain brand creative assets ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Copywriting and Content Writing: Produce high-quality copy and content in English for various marketing materials and platforms.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce videos that support marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
- Product and Marketing Design: Design and create visually appealing and effective marketing materials that support both product and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, technical writing, and design roles
Storytelling Skills: Excellent storytelling abilities to win credibility and mind share from internal and external stakeholders
Language Proficiency: Strong English and grammar skills at a native level are a must
Content Writing: Proficiency in writing content, white papers, and case studies
Customer-Facing Messaging: Experience in developing compelling customer-facing messaging, content, and sales collateral
Technical Demos: Ability to demo technical products across a wide array of audiences, including partners, sales teams, and customers
Channel and Partner Marketing: Experience in supporting channel and partner marketing messaging
Market Research and Analysis: Experience in performing market research and building competitive analyses
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Content Strategy: Experience in crafting successful content strategies (planning, strategy, execution, and distribution) throughout the entire buyer journey
Independent Work Ethic: Ability to create something from the ground up with limited supervision
Design Skills: Experience in app design and UX design
