We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Specialist who’s eager to take their first steps into the world of legal and compliance. This is a great opportunity to join a unique, cross-functional team that operates at the intersection of legal, compliance, and customer experience.

Within the position’s responsibilities are playing a key role in supporting onboarding activities, handling compliance-related operational and administrative processes, collaborating with various internal teams, and helping ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding flow while also supporting the company’s overall regulatory compliance and maintaining good customer relationships.

In this position, you will:

  • Serving as a point of contact for customers during the onboarding process—collecting KYB information, supporting and addressing commercial, legal, and other onboarding-related matters.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of legal documents with the internal legal team and external consultants.
  • Support the KYB process end-to-end—collecting customer data, performing internal compliance checks and validations, raising red flags when needed, and contributing to accounts approval.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Management, and Compliance teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience and effective handoff, while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Support various compliance-related tasks and operational processes in collaboration with the Compliance & Risk team.

Requirements

  • Background in one or more of the following: legal, compliance, or regulatory frameworks is a must (e.g. law degree, legal assistant, paralegal, legal ops, AML/KYB analyst, or regulatory affairs).
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills—ability to juggle multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and solutions-focused.
  • Assertive, communicative, and people-oriented, with a proactive and out-of-the-box approach.
  • A collaborative team player who values cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written.
  • Advantage: 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with KYB, business underwriting, and Compliance processes.
