About the role

We are looking for a one-of-a-kind Sales Development Representative (SDR), who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, is passionate about succeeding in a high-paced, high-tech environment, and being part of our growth.

We’re looking for a self-starter, with some experience as SDR for enterprise B2B software to help grow revenue by engaging new customers. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants hands‑on exposure to the full sales process.

R&R:

  • Prospect via phone, email and social channels.

  • Create a pipeline for our sales team via qualified meetings.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Hubspot, and other tools to manage and track your ongoing activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to get ongoing feedback – so that you can continually optimize performance.
  • Continually measure your success by tracking performance vs. KPIs and identifying areas of inefficiencies that need can up your game.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a Sales or Business Development Representative role
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
  • Strong listening, qualification, and meeting-booking skills.
  • High customer empathy.
  • Experience in B2B, selling to enterprises.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, curious, and eager to learn.
