  • Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of environments.
  • Work directly with customers, ensuring clear communication and structured issue handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, R&D, Product) to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Document investigations and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with new technologies, product features, and customer use cases.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with data streaming (i.e Kafka) and ETL tools (i.e. Informatica) , development in Java, C++, or other object-oriented languages.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including performance optimization, indexing, and query tuning.
  • Experience with large-scale databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • An experience with Linux/Unix environments.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and self-learning skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Advantages

  • Kafka hands-on experience
  • Hands-on work with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Git and version control best practices.
