Description

K2view is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement of goods and services, support travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the procurement of goods and services to meet company needs.

· Support travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement and travel.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and travel expenses.

· Prepare and manage purchase orders and travel itineraries.

· Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and budget requirements.

· Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement and travel in a timely manner.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree/professional certificate in a related field – advantage

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and administration or similar position.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Fast learner of systems and tools.

· Good level of English
