About Intone
- We are building a large-scale AI call center platform for financial services, telecom and insurance. Our mission is to create the world’s most advanced voice AI system for non-technical users - combining a proprietary LLM + TTS voice engine, performance analytics to continuously optimize AI outcomes. The platform supports 500+ concurrent calls 24/7, integrates directly with CRM and telephony systems, and is fully deployed in production.
- Our previous product: real-time Voice AI Accent Changer - was successfully sold at 2025. Since launching our AI call center platform, we have processed tens of millions of calls in just the first months of operation.

The SDR/BDR – LATAM role focuses on early-stage pipeline creation across Latin America. You will be responsible for market research, outbound prospecting, and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero and creating repeatable lead-generation motion.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership and AEs to test messaging, channels, and ICPs across LATAM markets.
What You’ll Do
- Research target accounts and decision-makers across LATAM
- Execute outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp)
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for AEs
- Support early market testing: ICPs, messaging, and outreach sequences
- Assist with lead generation around industry events and conferences
- Maintain clean CRM data (leads, activities, notes, outcomes)
- Share structured feedback on objections, use cases, and competitors
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in BDR/SDR or outbound B2B sales
- Strong outbound prospecting and qualification skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and experimentation
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, telecom and Conversational AI
- Exposure to LATAM enterprise or mid-market customers
- Portugese (Brazilian) language skills
Compensation
- USD 2,000–3,500 base per month + performance-based bonus
