We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to manage our inspection projects. This role involves collaborating with all stakeholders, including drone pilots, local entities, and the operations team, ensuring that project documentation is updated regularly, and handling all standard project management tasks. • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with drone pilots, local entities, and the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices.
• Prepare project reports and present findings to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Some experience in project management or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
