We are seeking a meticulous Data Annotator to label and quality-assure image and thermal datasets produced by our drone and AI workflows. You’ll follow clear guidelines, uphold strict quality metrics, and collaborate with the team to continually refine our annotation standards.

• Annotate images and thermal frames according to guidelines (e.g., polygons, segmentation, classification, attributes).
• Review and validate AI-detected findings; correct labels to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct peer QA checks and provide actionable feedback.
• Document edge cases, ambiguities, and propose updates to annotation rules/taxonomies.
• Track work in assigned tools and meet daily/weekly throughput and quality targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, QA) to improve labeling workflows and data quality.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables while working remotely with an international team.

• Hands-on experience in data annotation/labeling for computer vision datasets (images/video/thermal); QA experience is a plus.
• Work ethic and consistency: reliable, punctual, accountable; able to follow processes precisely.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain labeling consistency over large datasets.
• Ability and willingness to learn new tools, categories, and edge cases quickly; growth mindset.
• Familiarity with common annotation tools (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira/Asana).
• Comfortable interpreting imagery at various zoom levels; experience with drone or building imagery is a plus (not required).
• Strong written and verbal English for documentation and collaboration in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time and meeting SLAs in a remote environment.
