We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer (Python/Django) to join our development team and contribute to the growth and stability of our SaaS platform. • Develop high-quality software design and architecture by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
• Build and maintain tools, applications, and APIs by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks and workflows through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Review and debug code to ensure optimal performance and code quality.
• Document development phases and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies to ensure our platform remains modern and competitive.

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong track record in Python and Django.
• Proficiency with Django Rest Framework (DRF) and experience using class-based views (CBVs).
• Familiarity with Django 4.2 or later versions.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres.
• Proficiency in using version control tools such as Git.
• Experience building and working with RESTful APIs and RPC services.
• Ability to navigate large codebases and contribute to production-grade software systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

• Strong foundational knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Foundational understanding of linear algebra (e.g., matrix operations, vector transformations) and proficiency in statistics and probability.
• Familiarity with Python numerical libraries such as Numpy, Matplotlib, and Scipy.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices such as monitoring database and web server performance, automating deployments, and setting up alert systems.
