We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver successful projects in collaboration with our global teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. This role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including AI, engineering, and operations, to ensure clear communication and project goals are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges proactively.
• Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Support internal process improvement initiatives by managing operational or technical projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams for all project activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS, technology, or AI-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
